Villa 3373 is located on absolute beach front within the Batubelig district of Greater Seminyak, on Bali's glorious southwestern coast, with a panoramic vista that stretches all the way down to Uluwatu on the Island's southern tip.

This enviable location is not only metres away from the rolling surf of the Indian Ocean but also mere minutes away from a wide choice of internationally acclaimed restaurants, including the famous Ku de Ta, La Lucciola, Living Room, Hu'u Bar, and Sarong. The neighborhood is home to some of the most elite properties on the island, such as the nearby Villa Atas Ombak.
