Located in the center of Bali’s trendy Expat area, Seminyak, yet very quiet and tranquil. Off the main street and within walking distance of Seminyak Beach @ KuDeTa. The villa compound is located within a 5 min radius of the Top-5 Restaurants, Lounges & Bar Venues.

The villa offers three air-conditioned master bedrooms complete with large ensuite semi-outdoor bathrooms, a large living and dining area opens to the garden and a fully equipped kitchen.

This tranquil holiday villa in Bali is built in an open plan, modern tropical architectural style, complemented by lush gardens with thick lawn and a relaxation Gazebo next to the 8 x 3 meter swimming pool.

High walls guarantee the privacy of your villa and garden. Trained staff hired from a professional security company watch over the guests at night. If you need 24hr close protection, this service can be arranged with notice prior to your arrival.

Villa Layout

Villa 3367 is an oasis in the heart of Seminyak. The villa is 500m2 properties with 200m2 built up area and this means plenty of open lawn space. All bedrooms are master bedroom standard. The Main House and the Joglo styled (recycled teak), Guest House are all surrounded by lush tropical gardens. Your tranquil privacy is assured. You have a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. We are located in the “restaurant-street” of Seminyak so you have an almost endless choice of various cuisines at your doorstep.

Bedrooms

We have healthy Orthopedic Latex Foam mattresses and the Linen is 100% Fine Cotton. Duvet Blankets are standard. If you do need a thinner blanket please let our staff know. There are also extra blankets in the wardrobe for those who feel cold. The rooms are equipped with the latest technology of relatively silent air-conditioning units with air purifying filters. Please ask the staff for help with the Remote Control. The Night Security team will be guarding the house from 18:00 to 08:00 next morning.

Grocery Shopping & In-Villa Dining

Grocery shopping is possible during working hours. However, please understand that the priority for the staff is to keep the Villa up to the highest standard. For services outside the working hours (08:30-16:30), such as cooking, a charge of IDR 50.000/hour per staff will apply. Please arrange/settle this directly with the team. Keep in mind that the fee won't be calculated by the minute.
