Seminyak Villa 3312

The villa offers you a haven of tranquility and relaxation amongst the hustle and bustle of Bali life. We cater to all types of family and group dynamics. We have fused the things we love about Bali, its people and its culture into Villa 3312 and we hope that you enjoy your stay as much as we have.

Villa 3312consists of 3 bedrooms, each equipped with their own ensuite and robe with generous hanging space. They are extremely spacious bedrooms with king size beds. The rooms are all fully air-conditioned.

Villa 3312 boasts a fully functional kitchen with appliances such as a gas burner stove, oven, large sink and a dual door fridge and freezer. All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided.

The large pool has been specifically positioned so that it receives sunlight all day. It is surrounded by a sun-tanning deck which accomodates 5 sunbeds and an al fresco dining area with table and lounge chairs.

We have two large umbrellas that provide protection from the sun and are easily repositioned according to guest needs.

An outdoor shower is also located next to the pool with both hot and cold running water.

Pool and beach towels are provided.

The open plan living and dining areas at Villa 3312 are located on the ground floor.

The living and dining areas include:

• Large couch and lounge chairs
• Large plasma screen TV with cable connection
• DVD player and iPod music dock
• Large table which can seat ten people comfortably

Other amenities include:

• Gas burner barbeque
• Two water coolers which provide both ice water and boiling water
• Staff preparation kitchen and larder for storage
• Two extra fridges and a freezer for storage

The villa  is located in the famous Seminyak area and is walking distance to the beach of Oberoi Seminyak, the renowned 'Eat Street' and the surrounding high fashion boutiques, art galleries and night life entertainment. The villa is a short cab ride from tourist destinations such as Legian and Kuta Beach and is only a 30 minute drive from the airport.
