Villa Details
The Villa is an exclusive five bedroom family friendly habitat of avant garde polished concrete ceilings walls and floors, glistening ponds and a spectacular 30-metre wall of glass that opens to large and luxuriant tropical gardens. Clean contemporary lines envelope expansive minimalist spaces where the kitchen flows to the dining space, which steps down to a sunken lounge and all overlooking the garden and pool and delivers a birds eye views into the cinema room, which is ideal for children supervision. Recessed niches are odes to Balinese culture and showcase carved wood and stone and statues. Beauty abounds with gardens and ponds perfectly placed to maximize aesthetic impacts.
The double height wooden, glass and steel cathedral ceiling is a dramatic design statement, which sets Keila Villa in a class of its own. Textures are overlaid with timber and stone, marble in black and white, abundant glass, water, steel and concrete is softened by traditional woven baskets and hand hewn clay pots. Many overhead fans keep cool air moving in this space that can be fully opened on one side or completed closed and cooled with AC.
The minimalist open kitchen has a central marble top island counter plus a butler’s kitchen and pantry spills into a pared down dining space with a table for ten at the centre. In the garden a large purpose built barbeque kitchen with a sunken al fresco dining area with a beautiful marble table paired to the sister kitchen bench. This covered Sala – or sheltered pavilion - is fan cooled and has a low-slung lounge area almost touching the pool.
A quiet retreat with luscious lawns, roof top gardens and trees heavy with the heady fragrance of the flowering frangipanis over the infinity pool, bordered by sunbeds and beanbags. A covered games area, which allows for a game of pool or table-tennis is available alongside the al-fresco bar.
Every day your private chef will curate western classic dishes and pan Asian delicacies while a full complement of dedicated staff are on hand to ensure that every desire is discreetly met. The shopping is done, beds are made, meals are prepared and the children amused while the entire villa is serviced.
Overview
The villa with its five ensuite bedrooms comfortably accommodate 10 people. There is also the option for roll-out beds or sofa beds for additional capacity and/or young children who want to be close to their parents.
The Villa provides a maid's room in the service hub of the property for traveling helpers.
Eating
The villa’s private chef will prepare a delicious breakfast daily and deliver a menu that includes western classics and explorations of Balinese and Indonesian cuisine. Special diets and kids meals can be accommodated. Every evening plan tomorrow’s feast and the staff will shop and prepare everything. The butler’s pantry has a wine fridge at your disposal for guests to store their delicious wines or chose from our in-house selection. All market and grocery shopping can be done by request with a small service fee.
Living and Dining
The Villa is fluid space where the kitchen, dining and living spaces flow effortlessly from one zone to another behind about 30 metres of glass bi-fold doors. The dining space has a table with seating for ten. This area steps down to the air-conditioned double size lounge with deep comfy sofas. From every aspect of this enormous space are clear views into the cinema room so supervision of kids is a breeze. The al fresco Sala seats 10 people while the velvet padded and timber paneled cinema, which feature wonderful Indonesian crafts, houses 12 people.

Staff
The villa manager heads the team, which includes a private chef, housekeeping and maids, pool and garden attendants and 24/7 security. The team is located beyond the chef’s kitchen and pantry where they work hard to keep the villa beautifully clean and working like a well-oiled machine.
Additional staff including babysitters, yoga teachers, personal trainers and massage/spa therapists are available on request and with an additional charge.
Communications
Full WiFi Internet connectivity is available for complimentary use, together with a Samsung tablet, which is loaded with our guest directory, in-villa menu, service brochures as well as a Sonos surround sound system control panel.
Entertainment
The Villa’s televisions are connected to the Indovision cable service. A 75-inch flat screen TV is wall mounted in the cinema room while four of the bedrooms and the upstairs living room have a 50-inch flat screen LED TV.
A superb covered games area has a pool table that converts into a table tennis table. Keila Villa also has board games ready for children and families to enjoy. There are three Santai Soos giant floating beanbags and many other inflatables to welcome guests into the refreshing pool.
Families
The Villa is family friendly and is equipped with a travel baby cot, high chair, children cutlery and plates, a kids’ menu, forward facing car seat, booster seats and several games.
Spa
In-villa treatments can be selected from a comprehensive spa menu and carried out by professional therapists including sport massage with additional cost.
