This magnificent property is a combination of two beautiful and unique villas: Villa 3567, a six-bedroom colonial-style luxury villa, and Villa 3117 a four-bedroom deluxe villa, both in the heart of fashionable Petitenget Seminyak on Bali’s south-west coast. The two villas are linked via a discretely positioned gateway.

Each villa is exquisitely designed in contrasting architectural styles to enhance the tropical living experience, complete with private swimming pools and "bale" relaxation pavilions, nestled within two gorgeous gardens. Both provide excellent facilities, including well-equipped on-site gyms, and air-conditioned media rooms, each with a large screen TV, digital movie player and surround sound.

A full team of staff including personal butlers, two private chefs, and a villa manager are on hand to look after every guest need. The staff can also provide a concierge service and arrange in-villa spa treatments and transport services.

Surprisingly majestic with a remarkable sense of space, service and privacy, the glamorous Villa 3567 is a sanctuary of calm and charm for discerning guests and travellers.

Six large bedroom suites, air-conditioned or semi-open-air living and dining areas, a media room, gym and enticing swimming pool set within a private walled garden; the villa is fully staffed to host twelve adult guests.

All air-conditioned, fully self-contained with en-suite bathroom, cable-channel TV's, DVD & CD player and iPod docking station. Capacity 12 adults, plus children on shared room basis.

Villa 3117 -  Five-Bedroom Tropical Garden Setting

The villa is surrounded by a high stone wall enclosing a lush tropical garden, which incorporates a sparkling, deep-blue swimming pool complete with timber deck.

The refreshing pool is 14 metres long and 4.5 metres wide; the depth varies from 1.5 to 2.2 metres. There is a wide ledge at one end of the pool where young children can frolic or older folks can sit and relax, or remain semi-submerged and cool while they sunbathe.
