Nusa Dua Villa 385

The villa is one of five private villa residences that make up the villa estate located on the water’s edge of Bali’s Benoa Harbour, just 900 metres from the main road of the Tanjung peninsula near Nusa Dua.

The villa  is a stunning three-bedroom villa with a large pool for swimming and playing. All bedrooms are private and separated from each other. Each bedroom has it’s own changing room/ bathroom with a large traditional Balinese outdoor shower. The spacious living area is central to all three bedrooms and can be open to catch the tropical breezes or closed with the comfort of aircon. Sun tan by the pool, lounge in the Bale, escape to the roof top tower with a good book or just sit by the pool with a cool drink . There is a place for you to relax in Cempaka Villa.

Bedrooms

• The master bedroom is positioned on the upper floor and accessed via an external staircase. The two guest rooms are situated on ground level and each is accessed via glass sliding doors, which open directly to the pool. The master room is furnished with a beautiful antique king-size bed, and an antique kartini chair/wooden chaise longue. The hanging lamps hang above the bed and the room is equipped with air-conditioning, a ceiling fan and  channel TV. Glass doors open to a narrow balcony, which overlooks the pool and garden, from here you can just glimpse a few of the bay and the new road over the rooftops. The bathroom is the same as the downstairs bathrooms, with two washbasins and an outdoor shower open to the sky.
• Guest room one features a merbau wood floor and is furnished with a queen-size, a chaise longue, bedside tables and lamps, its white walls decorated with a Balinese painting and a full-length mirror. The room is cooled by a choice of air-conditioning or a ceiling fan under a flat roof ceiling, and channel TV. The en-suite bathroom has a non-slip acid marble floor, twin washbasins, fitted wardrobes, and an outdoor courtyard fitted with a semi-open-air shower.
• Guest room two is similar in style, but without a TV, and with a high roof and a queen size four four-poster bed draped in fresh white netting. The bathroom is the same but with a single washbasin and a standing alfresco shower surrounded by high walls for privacy but open to the sky.

Outdoor

• A small pathway leads you from the parking lot through tropical greenery right to the pier housing a private boat, which can take you to explore the nearby beaches, the authentic fisherman's town on Serangan ‘Turtle’ Island, or even on fishing and snorkelling expeditions.
• An 8 x 5m pool dominates the garden and is accessed by stone steps where children can paddle withy ease. A bale bengong relaxation pavilion sits in the corner of the garden and hovers above the water and provides the perfect platform for some acrobatic diving action. On the ground floor and accessed through full-length, bi-folding French doors is the spacious living/ dining/ kitchen area where all of the good living takes place. A kitchen sits to one end, there’s a dining table for eight in the middle and a large and comfortable L-shaped rattan sofa facing a home cinema system with a large flatscreen TV takes up the other end of the room. More folding doors open up at the back of the room to allow for great cross-ventilation, with the added advantage of having water features and koi ponds to add to the ambience.
• A stairway leads up from the dining room to the master suite, complete with its own balcony, and there is also a covered rooftop balcony with a soft Balinese daybed, which looks out over the harbour and the perfect place to chill out. All bedrooms are en-suite and have full amenities, air-conditioning and ceiling fans.

Location

• The estate is a complex of five three-bedroom modern tropical villas located on the water front on the shore of a peaceful ocean lagoon on the Western coast of Tanjung Benoa peninsula opposite of its Eastern coast occupied by 4-5 stars hotels stretched from Nusa Dua resorts along protected coral lagoons and nice beaches with numerous water sports centers.
• All villas complimented with a view to the calm lagoon waters without big waves in most of the time. If the weather is clear guests can see the peak of Bali's highest mountain of Agung volcanoe. Another days the view of sunset is dramatically beautiful to enjoy it sitting with a glass of wine or cup of tea near by your private swimming pool either in your balcony or on the villa's private pier.
• It is only a ten minute walk to the main street of Tanjung Benoa just to the North of the popular tourist area Nusa Dua.
• There are some beach clubs, many restaurants, souvenir shops, SPAs and high class hotels and water sports in this area.
• Nusa Dua itself is located in about 10-15 minutes driving distance from the villa estate and is the home for some Bali's best resorts, Bali Collection shopping mall, newly opened the Bay entertainment center, BIMC hospital, Nusa Dua Golf & Country Club and others recreational facilites located along artificial paradise gardens with meandering pathways good either for walk or bicycle routes. There is also Nusa Dua Theatre performing the alluring and daring Devdan show representing the cultures of Indonesian archipelago. Some of world-class hotels with their great beaches, pools, fitness and tennis courts are open for public after small coverage fee.
