Villa 3623 is 7 bedrooms completed with ensuites, it has a large private pool, open living and dining areas, a Yoga deck and an indoor living room for beating the Bali heat as well as a nice tropical garden. The villa comes with a staff of 5, to ensure that you enjoy your holiday time at the villa.

THe villa is ideal for families and large groups wanting to have a memorable time in a superbly comfortable villa, and the villa suits just about any holiday get together. 

Located on the boarder of Legian and Seminyak just off the popular street of Jalan 66 (or Jalan Arjuna), conveniently located between the beach and the main street of Jalan Seminyak. Walking distance to some of the best restaurants, bars and shopping areas as well as only a 400m walk to the famous Seminyak Beach.

Renovated in 2019 and continually serviced, the villa has been developed by a family unit that has resided in Bali for over 40 years. With knowledge and experience of living in a tropical climate the villa has been created to be versatile, comfortable & enjoyable, so that guests to the villa will be able to fully enjoy their holiday. 

The villa has been designed with a great sense of style and understanding of how to make a group holiday space enjoyable.  The villa has been constructed with the thoughts of how to best cater for guests and we emphasis the small details to ensure that our guests fully enjoy thier time in Bali. It has been set up for a wide variety of groups to ensure that the needs of different people are accommodated with the greatest flexibility, and we pride ourselves on catering to your holiday needs.

The indoor living room is perfect place to beat the heat, we have stair doors, so kids can't go up, and all rooms are lockable. We can also help with sourcing nannies.

With 2 rooms having specially designed bed frames to ensure that they can be set up as single or double beds in a Hollywood twin configuration, we can set up to have 7 beds available in the 5 rooms, as well as being able to add more mattresses if needed.

For smaller groups, we have made the villa pricing flexible to ensure that groups using 3, 4, 5 and 6 bedrooms can also enjoy the villa  as well, and if you are lucky to be coming last minute we can help with booking rooms at the villa and you might get the whole villa for yourself. We price based on a maximum of 2 people per bedroom in our rates section.

Bedding Configuration

There are 7 Bedrooms, 5 of these are Hollywood twin, which means that they can be set up in Double or twin bed configurations. So you can have 12 beds setup in the villa, if you need more mattresses we can add more to the rooms (extra charges if more then 2 people per room).

Villa Team

The villa  is fully staffed & trained by a professional team with extensive local knowledge so you can rest assured knowing you will be spending your days off from exploring the sights & hustle and bustle in a relaxing & peaceful environment.

The villa housekeepers are in charge of general housekeeping, assisting with breakfast, as well as ensuring the household duties are arranged so you don’t have to worry about wasting your holiday time. Gardener  is in charge of keeping the lovely gardens in immaculate condition as well as having the ability to help assist you with orgainsing your holiday needs, he is very handy addition to the team and can help with handymen stuff as well.

Villa manager will greet you upon arrival at the villa but makes a point of introducing you to all the staff. On call or at the villa during the day, the amiable and easy-going person, is flexible according to guests’ needs and schedule. She can help information about the local area, answering anything from where to buy the finest wines to what’s the ‘in’ new place in Seminyak.

During night time, there will be security guard come and take over to ensure that you are in safe hands at night. He help will also ensure that your basic needs are looked after.

Escape the Bali heat in the villa's tropical private pool. This pool is ideal for both children & adults, with a steady slope to the deep end & a step into the shallow end.

Food and Beverage

Our rates are set to be competitive, so we haven’t included breakfast in these rates. You are able to have our staff shop and cook for you, and they can make you a large array of breakfast options at a very affordable rate. We focus on healthy eating, but you let us know what you want and the team will help prepare breakfast for you.

For lunch and dinner we outsource chefs to come in and cook for you.

We have a Villa Barbeque which  our chef can help cook for you, and we have a speciality for providing our guests with an assortment of platters, for you to graze on.

We can also help source a wide array of drinks for you, we have a beer and soft drink fridge at the villa for your convience. We can also arrange Cold Pressed juices and Kambucha from the onsite kitchen, menu is attached

TV and Internet

All rooms at Villa 3623 have TV’s that are connected to the internet in a smart TV fashion. With Netflix, Youtube TV, and a number of other services provided to guests. There are movie channels as well as Cartoons for the Children.
