Jimbaran Villa 3353

Enjoy a relaxing stay at Villa 3353, a stunning 2-storey contemporary villa located in Jimbaran, 10 minutes from Bali’s Ngurah Rai International Airport and 100 meters from the beach. The newly built villa boasts a beautiful open-plan design with 5 spacious bedrooms, an indoor “cinema”, a children’s playroom and a rooftop deck for those special sunsets over the Jimbaran Bay.

Each bedroom comes with its own en-suite bathroom overlooking manicured lawns, beautiful landscaping and our main attraction – an alluring 22m lap pool plus kids’ wading pool.

Villa 3353 is particularly ideal for families – it was built as a kid-friendly accommodation to provide children of all ages with endless fun under the sun.

Living Areas

You are spoilt for choice on options for relaxation or social interaction. The daybeds by the pool and the living room are great places to chillax, hang out, read a book, or take an afternoon nap. Adults can indulge in a massage by the pool or unwind in the shaded bale with a glass of bubbles in hand.

Those who crave activity can take yoga lessons on the lawn or do laps in the pool. Others less wanting of strenuous activity can hole themselves up in our indoor "cinema” watching latest blockbuster from our extensive DVD collection or Cable TV.

In the evenings, dinners can involve an outdoor barbeque and/or drinks by the bar with groovy music to setting the mood via our state-of-the-art BOSE sound system.

Bedrooms

There are 5 bedrooms with ensuites (4 rooms with king-size beds and 1 room with two single beds that can be converted to a king-size bed) that can sleep up to 10 adults.  In addition, the children’s playroom can sleep up to 2 small children (under 5 years old). Additional foldout beds and cots for infants can be provided in any of the bedrooms (on request).

The open lawn gives them plenty of space to horse around or have a picnic.

They can splash around the pool in its large and shallow end under the shade of a parasol and frangipani tree. A temporary pool fence can be installed on request.

The air-conditioned playroom is equipped with plenty of toys, games, crafts and books to keep them entertained.

There is also a huge selection of over 100 children’s DVDs, including favourite Disney classics.

Rooftop Deck

At the crack of dawn the avid surfer can pull themselves out of bed, grab a mug of coffee and head up to our rooftop deck to check the surf before deciding if the waves are worthy or if the pool isn't such a bad alternative.

For the rest of us the roof top deck is social venue to unwind while taking in the views of the Indian Ocean. It is also ideal for a late afternoon tea or an evening beverage as the breeze comes in and the sun sets over the horizon. It doesn't get any better than this.

Note: the rooftop deck is accessible via a spiral staircase behind the indoor cinema/media room. For safety reasons, parents are strongly advised not to allow children under the agen of 10 onto the rooftop deck.

Location

Situated less than 100 meters from the seaside enclave known as Jimbaran Bay, where Bali’s famous fresh seafood restaurants can be found. This beach is popular among families as the ocean is calmer here given its protection within the bay. We are nestled between the 5-star Four Seasons and Le Meridien Jimbaran hotels. It generally takes only 10-15 minutes to arrive at Villa 3353 from Bali’s Ngurai Rai International Airport.
