About The Villa

Superbly designed & crafted from only the highest quality materials, the villa comprises of 2 luxurious 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom villas. The villa are joined by a common wall & are mirror image of each other. The villa can be rented out separately or as one. The large, open & airy spaces make you feel relaxed as soon as you walk through the door.

The villas interior design has been well thought out & styled to perfection. Minimalist pieces, handcrafted by local artisans showcase the textures of Bali & compliment the villas cool, earthy tones. You will be amazed at the sleek simplicity of this villa, no detail has been overlooked with pure comfort & sophistication always in mind.

Nico Caldarola was race car driver for 35 years and along with his international career successes he fought and conquered big dreams & aspirations for personal projects. The villa was not only designed by internationally acclaimed architect Stefan Dorata but from the foundation of Nico’s soul. Nico is not renting out his villa, he is renting out his HOME, a dream land… Guests will never be guests, they will be nothing less than family! Living Spaces

Both villa’s boast large open living area’s with kitchen & dining located on the first floor which opens up on to the pool deck & down to the garden terrace & river.

There are outdoor entertaining area’s surrounding the pool as well as on the garden terrace. This area is suitable for long table settings should you wish to entertain.

Cool breezes flow through the villa from the outdoor entertaining area’s & the void above the living area gives you a feeling of divine space.

Kitchen & Dining

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with the latest appliances & cooking equipment. There is a full size fridge and cooktop, along with coffee machine, toaster & filtered water for drinking. We have modern plates, platters, cutlery & everything that you would need to host a private dining party for you & your friends. Or if you’re not a fan of cooking we can arrange a private chef for you to cook in the villa, with European, Western or Balinese style cuisine.

Overlooking the surrounding rice fields, the dining area’s are light & breezy with large windows that can be opened to capture the evening breeze. The large round dining table comfortably seats 8 & there are extra chairs should you wish to add seating for more.

Bedrooms

There are 2 Master Suites located on the second floor which have mezzanines connecting to the upstairs balcony overlooking the pool & gardens.

3 Junior Suites are situated on the ground floor and are all spacious & inviting. Each room has ample hanging space in the wardrobes & offer complete privacy.

All rooms have queen size beds & ensuite bathrooms with hot water showers & are stocked with complementary toiletries.

Pool & Garden

Neighboured by lush green rice fields, the villa has a grassed terrace area that backs on to a serene fresh water river. There is a decked area with a vista to the river where you can lay back & take in the gorgeous scenery. The villa temple is also located on the deck in honour of the local Hindu traditions.

Palm trees surround the villa & offer a relaxing breeze during the day & evening.

Kick back & relax beside the large infinity swimming pool while you work on your tan. There is a spacious outdoor living area with outdoor lounge seating & sound system for casual entertaining.
