Canggu Villa 3729

Villa 3729 is the “smallest” of our three villas in Canggu situated in a secured compound of 12 villas. The villa services include 24/7 security, house management, housekeeping, gardening and pool maintenance.

The villa is really not “small” because the property is 450 sqm in size. The living room size is 130 sqm and really feels expansive. Bedrooms are 41 sqm for the master bedroom and 35 sqm for bedroom 2. The mezzanine floor bedroom is 50 sqm and all bedrooms have their own beautiful en-suite bathrooms.

Then the pool deck and garden area is a spacious 175 sqm.

It is a modern cozy villa will all the amenities you need for a superb holiday.

Guest Access

Guest have access and use of the total villa with all its rooms and grounds.

Interaction with Guests

We have staff on the premises that you can ask anything and a villa manager that is present and standby 24/7 if needed.
You will be introduced to staff and handed their details before and/or on arrival.

The Neighborhood

The villa is located in Canggu which is fast evolving as Bali’s hippest seaside scene. It is just a stone’s throw from some of Bali’s top surf spot Berawa beach. Then in 5 minutes by motor bike you’ll be at the famous Echo Beach. In Canggu area every week a new restaurant is opened and from the villa it is about 10 minutes’ drive to trendy Seminyak.

Getting Around

Our villa manager can arrange all transportation for you. We can rent a car for you for the day, part of the day or for your entire stay. (We have free parking right beside your villa)
Often we rent motorbikes / scooters for our guests to quickly get around in the neighborhood. We can pre-arrange this all before your arrival or you can arrange as soon as you check in.

Other Things to Note

Guests will find that the villa, like the other villas we have, is a super pleasant and relaxed place to be. The compound is at a dead end street and it is super quiet and peaceful. The villa is a quiet sanctuary. Our team is amazing and will take optimal care of our guests.

If you want to pop out for dinner, a coffee, a nice breakfast… this is just minute scooter or car drive away. The same counts for the beach which is also within 5 minutes drive away.

House Rules

Check-in time is 2PM.

We like our guests to have a good time at our home but treat all our carefully chosen furniture, kitchen equipment and artwork etc. with great care.

We like our guests to feel at hom and treat our home like it is their own.
