Villa 3074 is built in an L-shape around a walled garden courtyard that features a stunning 10-metre pool and sundeck. Each of its two sumptuous master bedrooms boasts a canopied four-poster bed, oozing colonial-style romance, and comes with a spacious ensuite bathroom, a large dressing area and a work desk. One master bedroom is located at the entry-level, ideal for the elderly and those with mobility difficulties. The other one is upstairs, with pleasing garden and pool views. The three guest bedrooms are all equally comfortable and have ensuites with rain showers and bathtubs. Their floor-to-ceiling windows provide wonderful views over the pool and tropical greenery.
