Villa 5609 is the grand beachside oasis designed for large families or guests who appreciate an abundance of space and luxury, truly at its best. Each bedroom is located on the top level, with the master king bedroom presenting sensational ocean views, an ensuite with bathtub, balcony and a TV screen that drops down from the ceiling. The other four bedrooms, on this same top floor are as follows : Guest 2 with Two Single Beds with Ocean views and shared ensuite. Guest 3 with Queen bedroom and ocean views shared ensuite. Guest 4 is Queen bed with connecting 5th room currently set up as tv and sofa room.

Entertaining guests or simply lazing around has never been so appealing. The middle level, framed by an outdoor deck with ocean views, is the perfect setting to enjoy long summer lunches as well as to create them, in your own open-planned gourmet kitchen with Gaggenau fridges. What more is this home accommodates for the seasoned surfer, with an outdoor shower and access to the surfboard room.

The lower level is comprised of a 25m pool offering you the utmost privacy and serene indulgence that really has no competition. If the Coastal Walk or a kick in the sea does not satisfy your exercise regimes, you have access to your very own gym. A media and kids room is also located on the bottom level. This poolside enclosure would not be complete without a fabulous BBQ and entertaining arena.

The small suburb, locally known as Glamarama, is a beautiful, homely community where the neighbours are friendly and relaxed and the streets are quiet and well presented. The Bondi Coastal Walk will offer you the most stunning panoramic views of Sydneys beaches and horizons; its route bypasses the Villa which is nestled in between Bronte and Bondi, embracing a stunning easterly aspect.

Tamarama Beach offers so much more than the Glamaramas, challenging surfing swells and breathtaking views it is known for. It is a paradise for hot days, best spent frolicking in between the flags, choosing an ice-cream at the Tama Caf, flipping sausages on the communal BBQs or playing volleyball on a Saturday morning. As well, there is a wonderful playground for children, decked out with swings, a slippery slide and is sheltered by from the sun.

Whilst Tamarama is known for its very strong currents, Mackenzies Bay, positioned just to the left of the beach and directly underneath the villa, is perhaps the best kept secret on Sydneys east coast! It has large, protected rock-pools, perfect for small children to gaze at periwinkles and build sandcastles or to simply cool off after sunbaking on the bordering rocks. Always expect to meet a friendly local here whether this be a person or canine! A little adventurous? Pop your snorkel and goggles on and take a dive off Mackenzies gully!
