About the property

A wonderful five bedroom - five bathroom home with separate den, situated in the admired street of Witta Circle. Just moments from Hastings Street, this waterfront holiday home is situated in a lovely position.

Set over two levels - the accommodation is of great size, and having been renovated from top to bottom in the winter of 2010 the home offers superb finishes and amenities throughout.

The entire waterside is dedicated to a great decked area which is accessible from the lounge/dining room and kitchen. The decking leads down to a private sandy area - a jetty - good size pool and ample amounts of outdoor furnishings complete this part of the house.

A rare advantage of a private elevator accessing all interior levels is available for all guests to use. The master suite on the first floor covers half of the upstairs area that includes a large en-suite, balcony with views over the water and a well portioned walk through robe. Situated directly behind Hastings Street is the river suburb of Noosa Sound. As its name suggests, it is a waterfront community situated on the Noosa River. The network of streets in Noosa Sound has been created to maximise the waterfront potential of this area.

As a result the homes and apartments along this stretch attract amongst the highest prices in Noosa. Another prominent street in Noosa Sound is Witta Circle - a residential island just behind Hastings Street and connected by a short bridge to Noosa Parade. Homes here also attract records prices as they have fantastic outlooks and are only 150m to the beach.
