The villa offers you separate living areas to spread out, relax and unwind in your own space. Upon entry the pool grabs your attention just before the coastal views take your breath away as you realise you are level with the treeline and birds. The deck welcomes you into the lounge, dining and kitchen areas. A butler’s pantry will entice if cooking is something you want to do on your holiday, this well equipped kitchen will satisfy your needs.

As you investigate further into the house there is a set of stairs on your left which winds you up to the master bedroom with more views and a private lounge room. This room has its own walk in robe and ensuite, all of which can be locked off privately as you enter the stairs. There are two more bedrooms and a laundry. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, one of which has a private open air shower.

A walkway takes you to the private studio which is detached from the house and set on multiple levels. The studio encompasses a kitchen with lounge room, a private deck with views across the hinterland and coast and separate access to the bedroom with ensuite. This pavilion is perfect for the grandparents or a couple wanting their privacy from the main house area.

So close to all of the action on Hastings St and Sunshine Beach, National Park walks nearby and a short stroll to the convenience of Noosa Junction shopping.
