This villa offers guests a luxury, architecturally designed home that is brand new, modern and stylish. Surrounded by Noosa National Park and a selection of beaches on your doorstep. you and your guests will be staying in the most sought after locations in Noosa Heads.

It is a four + bedroom home that has been beautifully designed to take advantage of spectacular National Park and sea breezes from the Laguna Bay.This stunning Little Cove holiday house includes a fully equipped kitchen, an airy light filled open plan lounge space, and an amazing indoor/outdoor dining area with BBQ and 10 seater timber dining table, a pool inside the houses layout, a kids lounge area and a shared tennis court.

Split over two levels, the living area and lounging are all based on the lower level and the bedrooms are on the upstairs level for extra privacy and relaxation. The master bedroom has its own lounge area and ensuite, with the master opening up with views over the garden and internal courtyard. There is a second main bedroom with ensuite opening up to over look the tennis court, National Park and also the internal courtyard. Both main bedrooms are based at either ends of the house for parents space and privacy.
The 3 kids bedrooms, all with 2 king singles in each, open up with large timber sliders, and can be closed off at night time for quietness and comfort. All bedrooms are individually air conditioned and ducted heated, for each personal guests needs. The 3 kids rooms have a designer bathroom, bath and toilet on this level. Every room upstairs opens up to the mesh wire enclosing the whole house. This allows all guests total privacy from the inside looking out, with 70% view looking outside, allowing breeze and air flow.

The whole house is encased in stainless steel security mesh, keeping the whole house cool in summer, keeping mosquitos out, and virtually impenetrable, and you have 70% viewing from inside out, but you cannot see from outside in so it is very private for guests.

Downstairs has a kitchen and lounge area that can be fully opened up for full ventilation which also opens up to the dining area becoming one open plan space; or closed off for comfort and cosiness. The dining areaoverlooks the kids lounge area and pool, but separated by a garden bed. This allows the adults to be enjoying their own space while still in view of the pool or lounge area. The lounge and kitchen area opens up to a lovely tropical garden that encloses the front of the property.

Please note: part of the roof area near the pool and kids lounge area is a security mesh roof; when it is raining the rain turns to mist. During rain or expected rain please put the cover on the dining tablke when not using and close the curtains to the kids lounge area.

There is undercover parking and linen is provided for all beds.

It is surrounded by the Noosa National Park on your doorstep, with coastal walks leading to Tea Tree Beach, Granite Bay and the Boiling Pot. Little Cove Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches, known for its untouched headland, clear water, white sand and surf breaks.
