Situated in between Cooroy, Doonan and Tinbeerwah, and just 15 km to Noosa beach, this estate is one of a kind.

The space

A secure gated entry opens onto a long private driveway that winds its way through vibrant botanical gardens, welcoming you to the splendour of this astonishing 88-acre (35ha) estate. Whether you arrive by car or helicopter, the sight of the helipad and grand slam championship tennis court signifies you have truly arrived at absolute luxury.

Guests arriving by car will be greeted at once by the grand Porte-cochère, complete with magnificent fountain, surrounded by tropical plants. As you enter the property into the grand foyer and down a couple of steps to the huge central living space, you will be star struck by the scale of grandeur.

With soaring ceilings, exposed beams, plenty of natural light and large glass sliding doors looking out to incredible views – this is the perfect entertaining space. The polished timber flooring, central fireplace and the abundant lighting, both soft and bright, offers an attractive setting for socialising and dancing.

Step out onto the covered terrace that stretches right across the back of the property, overlooking the serene infinity edge lap pool, spa and barbecue pavilion. This is indoor and outdoor entertaining at its absolute finest.

To the left of the central living is the billiard/pool room, complete with a bar, emanating an air of sophistication and class. This section can be fully opened or closed with the sliding doors. From here there is also access to the terrace.

Off the billiards room to the front of the property is the media room, set up for a full cinema experience. To the side of the billiards room is a foyer that leads to two large bedrooms with ensuites and enviable, uninterrupted views across the Hinterland, and access to the terrace.  Located beneath the rooms is a generous storage area and changing rooms.

Back through and into the central living area, a gourmet chef’s kitchen is towards the other side. Complete with a large central oven and stove, ample surface and storage space, modern appliances and sweeping views of the grounds and beyond – this is no ordinary kitchen. A toilet is conveniently located next door. A large hatch opening to the central area offers the perfect set up for food and drinks to easily reach guests.

Leading off from the kitchen is access to the stunning alfresco dining area that is mindfully positioned to take advantage of the immaculate gardens and rolling landscape. An indoor dining area is also situated off the kitchen, and with corner windows and sliding windowed doors – the outside is invited in. This is a spectacular dining experience.

A private study is off the dining area, offering a quiet space for personal or business-related activities. To the other side of the dining area is a delightful, secluded courtyard, which can also be accessed by the lounge room. This tranquil lounge area offers you and your guests and cosy setting to unwind with after dinner drinks or morning coffee.

The impressive main bedroom is situated off the lounge area, and due to its corner positioning offers 180 views of the lush gardens and Hinterland beyond. And access to the undercover terrace. With the high wood panelled ceilings, warm lighting and huge central bed looking out as far as the eye can see – waking up has never been more enjoyable. A large walk-in dressing room offers plentiful space. The ensuite has a shower and double vanities and features a divine bath with windows on two sides, bringing in the tropical plants, and setting the mood for luxurious relaxation.

Two more beautiful, generous sized bedrooms are located off the lounge area, both of which offer ensuites with showers. An outdoor play area is off the outer bedroom, which flows around to the laundry and storeroom. The inner bedroom faces the Porte-cochère, and also leads out and around to the laundry and storeroom. Next door is a garage that can accommodate four cars.

An aerobics studio and powder room are next door to the garage with access to the inner court and to the fully equipped gym. The gym is bright and airy with high windows, one mirrored wall, and sliding doors out onto an undercover patio. Underneath the gym is a large utility space, perfect for storing larger items.

Out to the immaculate grounds is a quaint lakeside pavilion, which exudes quietude with the tall trees both surrounding, and reflecting into the lake. Machinery sheds and an established nursery are just off the driveway towards the middle.

North of the estate is a path leading to the grand slam championship tennis court, which is surrounded by beautiful plants. Where else would you find courts in such a divine and fresh outdoor setting. Slightly further on is the helipad towards the top corner of the grounds. What a way to travel across the immaculate Noosa Hinterland, directly to and from the estate.

Ducted air conditioning and fans are situated throughout the estate. Although, the exquisite design and abundant windows offer a year-round natural, fresh sea breeze.

Location

15-minute drive to Noosa and its numerous beaches, if indeed you choose to venture away from Villa 51238. Eumundi with its famous markets is also a short drive away, and you have the beautiful Noosa Hinterland to explore right on your doorstep.
