This a beautifully designed two-storey home occupies an ideal location with views of the ocean and the Arakwal National Park.

This house was designed to allow plenty of day light and fresh air and it offers four spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms. Upstairs, sleeping and living, are all on one level, linked by a seamless, cool, polished concrete floor. A fully equipped kitchen features large concrete top island benches, bar stools, dishwasher, two ovens and a gas cook top.

The open plan living room features a combustion fireplace for winter months and a large smart TV with surround sound system. It opens out at each end onto timber decks and walkways. The lounge room looks east out over towards the ocean. Relax in Mexican hammocks on the deck or watch the sun come up over the tree tops. The west kitchen deck is equipped with a BBQ and is nestled into a sub tropical, lush garden with stairs leading to rear laneway access and to Shops and cafés.

Downstairs is all about relaxing in the activity room. It has an outdoor shower and wet area for beach stuff and surf boards. There are beanbags to lounge around on and a hidden second TV with Sony Playstation 4 as well as a fully equipped laundry, bar fridge, fourth toilet and a double sofa bed.
