The estate, is a very well appointed casual yet sophisticated Hi End holiday home. It is excellent as an up - market family holiday home, or for that corporate function, or wedding accommodation. Especially if the wedding is at Cable Bay or Mudbrick Vineyards.

This villa is located on a superb piece of land, and overlooks the turquoise-blue waters of Matiatia Bay and the Hauraki Gulf Islands. It enjoys probably the most spectacular and expansive views available on Waiheke, from sunrise to sunset.

Rich-colored fabrics add a warm elegance to each room, and the spacious living and dining area opens to the pool and ocean view. Its modern interior refit has been overseen by talented interior designer Anna Desbonnets. The gourmet French-styled kitchen complete with gas hobs, electric oven, and all the extras you may require, perfect for entertaining, and the open-plan living and dining areas all with direct access to the deck which has an outdoor barbecue and entertaining area.

Tropical flowers and Olive trees also create a calming backdrop to the villa’s pool and Spa area, which is well lit for night swimming. The pool area is supplied with lounge chairs and an umbrella-covered table perfect for working on a laptop or just sipping refreshments poolside.

Views of the Gulf Islands and back to the lights of Auckland city, can be enjoyed either on the spacious open decks, with its Rattan sofas, or from the dining table. The comfortable living room offers a peaceful spot for reading a novel or watching your favorite TV show.

All 4 bedrooms offer very comfortable sleeping, with the master having a large en suite bathroom, along with 2 other bathrooms, i with a large bath, and guest toilet. The bedrooms are set up as, 1 Super King which can be split into singles and 3 Queen's with super comfy beds. Of course it is fully equipped with Sky TV, WiFi and sound system.

The pool cabana has a further 2 single bunk beds and bathroom, which can be used for overflow, teenagers, or staff.
