About the property

Villa 1238 is a 6-bedroom villa located in Montego Bay within minutes of the beach and shopping. Designed by distinguished Architect Kasimir Korybut, this villa on 3 acres commands a spectacular view of the sea, lush green mountains, and the Tryall Club golf course.

Elegantly framed by bougainvillea and royal palms, the 2 well-furnished verandas overlook the pool and face the spectacular view. From the great room, 18 French doors open to the 2 verandas, which have cushioned sofas, chairs, chaises, and a cedar swing on 1,400 sq. ft. of space. Just beyond the veranda is the private pool, which spans the front of the house. Adjacent to the pool are an outdoor wet bar, shower, and small powder room.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed; an ensuite bathroom with a deep soaking bathtub, glass-walled shower, and double-basin vanity with gold Kohler fixtures; and opens to a private balcony with a magnificent view. A few feet along the paved walkway is the Blue Room with a private balcony, king-size bed, and ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

On the lower level are 2 bedrooms. One of these bedrooms opens to a private patio. A few feet along the downstairs hallway is the fourth bedroom with a private patio. Two more bedrooms are located in an air-conditioned cottage. Each bedroom has 2 queen-size beds and an ensuite bathroom.

An outdoor dining area is located on the veranda. On the large pool terrace are umbrellas, tables, and a bar underneath a gazebo. An extensive Bose speaker system creates surround-sound inside and out. The recessed speakers in each bedroom have individual volume controls. All rooms on the main level are accessed from the covered walkway that wraps around a flower-trimmed atrium and fountain.

This villa also comes with a crib and highchair, Direct TV, Internet access, an iPod docking station, Jacuzzi, outdoor shower, sea kayak, and WiFi. A helipad is located nearby. Guests also receive complimentary golf carts for transportation throughout the resort. The Tryall Club requires guests to become temporary members during stay. Membership includes access to club facilities, which includes a private beach, tennis courts, a gym, and more.

The villa comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
